SWPA Feedback Form For Wedding Couples

As an organization that prides itself on providing exceptional service to couples who get married in Sedona, we are very interested in hearing about your experiences with the members of our association. We hope that your experiences have been outstanding! If any of your experiences have been less than satisfactory, we would like to hear about those as well. While we do not mediate disputes between clients and our members (please refer to SWPA’s Disclaimer which appears at the end of this form and also to the terms and conditions in your SWPA member's contract), we are interested in hearing your story, and will pass along your feedback, both positive and negative, to the appropriate parties.
